VisaJobz provides a free, informational directory of companies that appear on official public registers as visa sponsors. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that violates any applicable law.

2. No professional advice

The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, or recruitment advice. VisaJobz is not a recruitment agency, immigration adviser, or government service. Always consult a qualified professional before making immigration or employment decisions.

3. Accuracy of information

Company data is compiled from official public registers (UK Companies House & the UK Register of Licensed Sponsors) and is provided “as is”. While we work to keep the directory accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or current sponsorship status. A listing does not guarantee that a company is hiring or will sponsor a visa. Always verify details directly with the employer.

4. Intellectual property

The Site design, branding, and original content are the property of VisaJobz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying company records originate from public data sources and remain subject to their respective terms of use.

5. Third-party links and advertising

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and displays advertising provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party sites or advertisers. Your interactions with them are solely between you and that third party.
